About the Founder

Hi, I’m Dr. TMac. I’m so glad you’re here. 

Where do I begin?

At the tender age of 13, I faced the challenge of being a mother, which carried a significant societal stigma. This circumstance forced me to mature rapidly, taking on responsibilities well beyond my years. Determined to create a better future, I pursued a career in nursing and achieved my goal by becoming a nurse at the age of 18. While nursing brought me immense fulfillment and joy, after dedicating 25 years to this profession, I knew it was time for a new chapter in my life.

After bidding farewell to my careers in nursing and hairstyling, I ventured into the world of real estate investing. The year 2018 marked a significant shift in my life, as I immersed myself in endless Google searches and YouTube tutorials, devouring knowledge on real estate investment strategies. I eagerly attended my local Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) meetings, which predominantly consisted of men and individuals who didn't resemble me. Amidst my quest for genuine business connections, I encountered the obstacles of limited representation.

Nevertheless, through sheer determination, networking endeavors, and a tireless work ethic, I embarked on a remarkable journey of acquiring profound knowledge about business and real estate investing. Notably, I experienced remarkable financial success, prompting me to ponder how I could extend my newfound freedom to other nurses burdened by demanding work, exhausting hours, and a lack of ownership. I aspired to become a beacon of liberation, akin to the legendary "Harriet Tubman" (but of nurses).

That was my plan for years, but God’s plan was much BIGGER! To be completely transparent with you, I was called to serve more than nurses. But I was disobedient (and you can probably guess what happened NEXT).

Here’s what I did.

• I surrendered to God and shut down The Nurse REI Club™ at the end of Q3 in 2022. Then, I sat in silence until my NEW assignment was fully understood. It became abundantly clear that my purpose now lay in cultivating modern-day matriarchs, empowering them as "Rich Friends," through the realms of business and real estate investing.
• I hired a team of professionals who could assist me with things that were not in my zone of genius.
• I started crafting my message so my Rich Friends community would hear my voice and join the movement.
• I built my own platform to inspire, inform, educate, and empower women entrepreneurs and professionals to be unapologetically WEALTHY(in real life).
